Best Ramen in Singapore

             Source:  Keisuke I bet everyone here has heard of Ramen, a noodle soup dish served in various flavored soup with many toppings! Ramen noodles are normally made from wheat flour and oil. There are four main types of Japanese ramen namely; Shio, Shoyu, Miso, and my favorite, Tonkotsu base! Shio is salt-based, Miso is soybean paste flavored, Shoyu is soy sauce-based and Tonkotsu is pork bone broth-based. Best Mentaiko Salmon and Don in Singapore

  Source: Jajabakes  What is Mentaiko? Mentaiko is created by seasoning fresh pollack or cod roe with mayonnaise. Mentaiko itself has a special salty and spicy taste that has a texture like mayonnaise sauce but is infused with cod roe. Mentaiko has a strong taste so it is best accompanied by rice. You can also create your own Mentaiko sauce easily!
